Review for Titan's Addiction
It’s no secret that I am a sucker for an Alpha Male who knows what he wants–if he wants the heroine, he’ll do anything to get her. Or get her back in the case of Marcus Carelli.
In Titan’s Addiction, it’s a game of run and chase. Emma’s determined not to let Marcus into her life — and heart — again, and Marcus cannot let her go.
This duet is one of my all-time favorites. It has all of my preferred tropes–Obsessive Possessive Billionaire Hero and a heroine won’t let his jerk-ish way slide.

At the end of the first book, Emma walks out on Marcus—and I didn’t blame her. Marcus had told her of his “expectations” and she never fit his criteria. She travels to her grandparents’ house in Florida for Thanksgiving, all torn up about him.
Marcus doesn’t want to let her go. He follows her to Florida, ready to do whatever it takes to get Emma back. He was obsessed with her, but more than that—he had fallen for her.
The plot is intense, heavily focused on the romance and the character development, and the chemistry between the two is so hot, my tablet was all but burning (figuratively haha).
Gone is the tender man who would've let me walk out of the room, and I realize he was never there in the first place. It was always this ruthless conqueror, a savage determined to consume me. The real Marcus Carelli

Marcus is like the lightest version of Anna’s dark heroes. But he still retains that darker tendencies which I love.
He is one of my favorite billionaires. And I loved him more in Titan’s Addiction.
Marcus knows his obsession with Emma is more than the dark lust. He is ruthless and manipulative, fighting dirty to get Emma back in his life and in his bed. I adored the parts where Emma’s grandparents doted on him.
Even though he has a one-track mind when it comes to Emma, he loves her for herself. Throughout the story, he respects her choices and her views. Since it’s dual POV, we learn more about Marcus and his past.
"You're mine, Emma." His voice is low and rough, filled with unshakeable certainty. "And this-you and me-it's happening. You can fight it all you want, but in the end, you'll give in. Because you feel it too, this pull between us... this compulsion."

Emma’s strong in this book as well. She never expects to see Marcus again after parting ways with him, but she’s underestimated his obsession with her.
He is relentless in his pursuit, and Emma’s exposed to that darker side of him. She is in love with him and tries to fight their attraction, fearing he’d break her heart again. But soon, with Marcus’ maneuvers behind her back, they are living together as a ‘trial round’.
Emma’s character development is pretty spot on. She’s hung up on her past but eventually learns to compromise and trusts Marcus to finally give their relationship a go.
Titan’s Addiction by Anna Zaires was a fantastic read with a perfect ending. The main characters, their intense chemistry and the secondary characters made this read memorable for me.
A special shout-out to Mr Puffs, Cottonball and Queen Elizabeth, who made me laugh out loud at their cat antics. Did I mention Marcus starts to love them too? They are adorable and now I want to re-read this book again!
I really recommend this duet if you love Billionaire Alpha male romances with quirky heroines.

Anna Zaires fell in love with books at the age of five, when her grandmother taught her to read. She wrote her first story shortly thereafter. Since then, she has always lived partially in a fantasy world where the only limits were those of her imagination.
